Susan Rudolph
Operations Manager

Susan became a key member of Queen City Financial Advisors, LLC in 2010 as a Registered Office Assistant. Her daily responsibilities included account setup and maintenance, client correspondence, report generation, and various compliance functions. Susan also worked with several of the affiliated advisors located outside of the branch office on special projects. She obtained her Series 7 securities license within her first 12 months at Queen City Financial Advisors.

In 2012, Susan took on an additional role as Operations Manager for Queen City Capital Management, LLC, our Independent Registered Investment Advisory firm. Susan was a major contributor to the start-up of Queen City Capital Management, and since relocating to Nashville, Tennessee in 2014, she is now working solely within the RIA. She is responsible for all operations and maintenance of the managed accounts, and has become a valuable resource for the office staff.

Before moving to Cincinnati in 2010, Susan worked as an Operations Manager for First Tennessee Bank in Knoxville, TN. Susan graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Service Management and a minor in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. She was a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority, serving as Vice President of Finance, and was elected as an elite member of Mortar Board Honor Society, University of Tennessee Student Alumni Associates and All Campus Events.

Born and raised outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, Susan and her husband, Patrick, have gone “back to their roots” to be closer to their families, including 6 nieces and 3 nephews. In her personal time, Susan enjoys outdoor activities, especially walking to local businesses and restaurants, with Patrick and their boxer, Piper. Susan also loves cooking, traveling, gardening, home improvement projects, and football.

Portfolio Counselor

As Portfolio Counselor Chris is responsible for conducting research, monitoring economic data and market conditions, and completing analysis of perspective funds to support the CIO in the development of Queen City Capital’s investment strategy. Chris’ responsibilities also include initiatives aimed at increasing QCCM’s presence in the investment community and improving the client experience.

Before joining Queen City Capital Management Chris worked as a Business Analyst for Great American Insurance Company in Cincinnati. Chris graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and International Business. While at the University of Cincinnati Chris was a member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity as well as a founding member and President of the Cincinnati Dance Marathon, a philanthropic event that raises money and awareness for Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.

Chris' life revolves around his family and taking on new adventures with them every day. Whether it’s spending summer evenings with the entire family on Williamstown Lake, coaching and playing Special Olympics soccer with his brothers, or discovering new adventures in Cincinnati with his wife Kirbi and son Henry on Sunday afternoons, he is always exploring and making memories.
