Honors and Awards

Selected as a 2008, 2010 and 2011 FIVE STAR Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager (SM) Five Star Professional, as a third-party research firm, administered a survey, by mail and phone, to over 51,000 high-net-worth households and 11,000 financial services professionals to evaluate the approximately 14,800 wealth managers in the Cincinnati area (includes Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Greene, Hamilton, Highland and Warren counties - State of Ohio). The evaluation was based on nine criteria, including customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post sale service, quality of recommendations, and overall satisfaction. After review by a panel of local industry experts and a review of regulatory history, Five Star Professional determines the final list of 2011 Five Star Wealth Managers scoring highest in overall satisfaction and representing less than 7% of the wealth managers in the Cincinnati area. Favorable and unfavorable evaluations are included in the score. Each wealth manager is reviewed for regulatory actions, civil judicial actions, and customer complaints. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be included in the research or final list. Scores reflect an average of all respondents and may not be representative of one client’s evaluation. Working with a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager does not guarantee investment success.
